AIPU FOOD’s HVP Compound Application in Burger

As a popular fast food, Burger consists of buns, meat patties, vegetables and sauces.

Buns are commonly round and hand-sized. They are usually made from flour, sugar, milk, yeast and butter. AIPU FOOD’s hydrolyzed vegetable protein compound powder (HVP compound) can be applied in bakery products to improve foam formation.

For meat patties, besides enhancing the flavors, the excellent water and oil retention properties of hydrolyzed vegetable protein can improve the juicy and fatty mouthfeel. AIPU FOOD’s HVP compound is totally vegan products, so it can be applied in vegetarian and vegan burgers.

Our HVP compound can also be used in sauces and condiments, such as ketchup, honey mustard and mayonnaise, enhancing their original taste or modifying flavor notes. When being blended with other flavor enhancers, HVP compound helps reduce the dosage of expensive food additives such as I+G.
